Ordering shirts or hoodies for a sports team, a school class, a family reunion, a company event or a stag party? No more chasing everyone for their size by text. Make the design once, share one link, and let each person add their own name and size.
How a group order works
- Make your design. Start from a blank garment or pick one of our ready designs for teams, events, families and holidays. Add your own text, logo or picture.
- Start a group order. In the designer, choose Group order: collect names and sizes from your team. Give it a team or event name and, if you like, a closing date. You get a link to share and an e-mail with your links.
- Your team adds themselves. Everyone opens the link, sees the design and adds their name and size (and a number, if your design has names and numbers on the back). They do not need an account and they do not pay anything.
- You check the list and order once. See who is on the list and the totals per size. Remove someone if needed, close the list, then order for everyone in one payment.
Good to know
- Up to 100 people on one list.
- The organiser needs a free InkWell Apparel account with a confirmed e-mail address. Team members do not.
- Names and numbers on the back are printed for each person from the list.
- Most garments have a Size chart with real measurements, so everyone can check before choosing. Printed items in a wrong size cannot be returned.
- Up to 25 pieces: ready to ship in 7 working days. 26 pieces or more: ready to ship in 15 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday. We ship across Canada and to the United States.
