Product Customization
You design your artwork using any graphic design software. Create your file at the final print size and at 300 PPI for sharp, clear results.
Upload your design to our online tool, place it where you want it, and add custom text or graphics. We offer front, back, and sleeve printing on select products.
You can customize T-shirts, hoodies, zip hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, tote bags, and more. All customizable items are shown in the “Design Product” section.
Yes. You can personalize any item and ship it directly to the recipient. Add a gift note at
checkout if needed.

Print Requirements
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI, and PSD. PNG files must have a transparent
background.
Your design should be 300 PPI at full print size for the best results.
Use CMYK when exporting your final art file to ensure accurate print colors.
InkWell Apparel provides high-quality custom apparel with no minimum order.
Printing & Materials
We use premium DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for vibrant colors and long-lasting durability.
For large-volume orders, we also offer screen printing and other techniques based on your needs.
For everyday wear and strong print quality, we recommend 100% ring-spun cotton.
For lightweight or performance wear, cotton-poly blends and tri-blend fabrics are also available.
Shipping, Delivery and Support
Once your order is ready, you receive an email with your tracking number and carrier
details. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
Shipping times vary:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- USA: 5–12 business days
- Worldwide: 7–21 business days
Delivery time depends on destination and customs processing.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian national holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
